About Me

Current Position:

Mrs. Bradford started her teaching career in 2000-2005 at the Webster Parish Alternative School in Minden, LA.  She then taught a short while at Minden High School until she changed fields and became an Outreach Counselor at Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia, AR in 2006.  She returned to the teaching field in 2009 at Springhill High School and was here for the consolidation and transformation into North Webster High School. Mrs. Bradford identifies the consolidation experience as one where the students came into a situation scared and not knowing what to expect; yet, when the kids were expected to figure out how to coexist, find their own path and create their own future – THEY WERE THE ONE’S WHO CREATED NORTH WEBSTER.  “We sat back and watched them turn an unpredictable situation into something GREAT.”

Family Information:

Mrs. Bradford and her husband Jeff Bradford have been married 16 years and have two wonderful children.  Their son is the manager of an AT&T store in Tulsa, Ok and their daughter is a sophomore at North Webster High School.

Personal Information:

Mrs. Bradford has served wholeheartedly as an educator in Webster Parish for 13 years, 8 of those years here at North Webster High School. She is the wife of Jeff Bradford and the mother of D’Gregary and India. Mrs. Bradford received her Bachelor’s degree from Grambling State University and has acquired her Master’s +30 from the University of Phoenix and Southern Arkansas University. Mrs. Bradford and her family attend Harrison Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Springhill, LA. Mrs. Bradford enjoys traveling with her family, reading books, writing poems, and doing research on the internet. Her overall educational and life philosophy is that life is full of CHANGE and it is her belief that the one thing in life that is CONSTANT, is CHANGE. However, she positions herself on the important role obedience and self-control plays in how well we educate and work with others. Her belief is that this type of discipline drives instruction in the classroom and it sets us on a direct path in life. She respectfully believes that there are no limitations in life, only designations to be reached and goals to be met. She submits to this process and sincerely believes that it is a process we all must learn to trust.
